Return policy

We have a 30-day FREE return  policy for every product, which means you have 30 days of receiving the item to request your return.

To be eligible for a return, your article must be in the same condition as you received, unworn or unused, with labels and in the original packaging. You will also need receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@brilliasboutique.com is accepted, and  we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Articles sent to us without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order at the reception and contact us immediately if the article is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong article so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Exceptions/non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as warned,damaged  products.  

 

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded by your method original payment. Note that it may take some time as your bank or company of credit cards to process and record your refund.
