Shipping policy

You can see the preparation time for each product next to its availability. The preparation time for most products is 48H. It is even possible that your order will be shipped the same day if it includes only products with immediate delivery and was paid for before lunch.
The delivery time will depend on the selected shipping company and the country of destination. Please note that the indicated delivery time is approximate and refers to working days and 2-5 days, respectively, except on weekends and public holidays.

Brillias Boutique is automated and delivered to almost every country in the world by express courier. However, shipments to destinations outside the EU may have certain restrictions or special procedures for handling customs formalities. 

All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.

The first thing you need to do is check if the number of packets received matches the number sent. Second, inspect each outer package carefully for signs that it has been hit or mishandled, such as swelling, sinking, holes, broken boxes, courier seals, or any signs that may be leads to the suspicion that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and a signature on the courier's delivery note, either on paper or digital (PDA), "DAMAGED VISIBLE PACKAGE" if these signs are present. If you do not sign a package as VISIBLE DAMAGE and then present images that show visible damage to it, the incident will be automatically rejected.
